01 General Introduction

3.3 One Account Policy

Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal information will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, we may request identity verification at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license may be required. Withdrawals may remain on hold if documents are not submitted within the specified time.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into nbaiji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your name.
• Depositing from a third-party account or mobile banking registered in someone else's name is prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5-30 minutes.

• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion may have its own terms — you must read them before participating.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once on a single account is prohibited.
